Restaurant Captain

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers, guide them to tables, and hand out menus.
• Accurately take food and drink orders, generate Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs), and suggest popular menu items.
• Efficiently handle cash transactions and process itemized bills using POS software.
• Professionally handle guest requests or complaints to ensure a great dining experience.
• Accept cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and mobile wallet payments accurately.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements :

• Possess strong knowledge of billing, cash handling, and cashier activities.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage steward activities and serve customers promptly.
• Have experience in team coordination and supervising staff members.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and order-taking skills is required.
• Familiarity with hotel management principles and practices is essential.
