• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices within the organization and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to drive responsible AI adoption and innovation.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of responsible AI principles and practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of designing scalable and interpretable data models that support ethical AI frameworks.
• Experience in integrating regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines into AI system architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and ensure data integrity and quality in AI applications.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ethical AI principles into technical solutions.

• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
