Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices within the organization and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to drive responsible AI adoption and innovation.

Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of responsible AI principles and practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

Strong knowledge of designing scalable and interpretable data models that support ethical AI frameworks.

Experience in integrating regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines into AI system architectures.

Ability to analyze complex data structures and ensure data integrity and quality in AI applications.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ethical AI principles into technical solutions.

Competence in evaluating AI models for fairness, transparency, and accountability.

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
