Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI practices within the organization.

Develop frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented ethically.

Mentor junior team members to build expertise in responsible AI methodologies.

Coordinate with external partners and regulatory bodies to stay updated on evolving ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Responsible AI Python

Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and principles.

Experience in designing AI systems that comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.

Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and accountability mechanisms.

Skilled in evaluating AI models for fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.

The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
