Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices within project workflows and organizational processes.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding and application of responsible AI principles.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on AI ethics.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying emerging ethical challenges and proposing proactive strategies.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI systems with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Ability to assess AI models for bias, robustness, and ethical risks.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to integrate responsible AI practices across diverse teams.
