Were Hiring | Assistant Manager – Resource Mobilisation (Finance & Compliance)

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support grant management, budgeting, donor compliance, financial tracking, audits, and fundraising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grant budgeting, utilisation tracking & financial reporting
• Donor due diligence and compliance documentation
• FCRA, 80G, 12A & CSR-related documentation
• Audit coordination and donor reporting support
• Donor/CRM data management, preferably Zoho CRM
• Coordination with Finance, Programme & Resource Mobilisation teams
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, CFA, Social Work or relevant field
3+ years of experience in the social/development sector
Strong knowledge of budgeting, grant utilisation & compliance
Knowledge of FCRA and donor regulations
