Resource Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Resource Management Team. This role is ideal for professionals with Workforce Management, people management, stakeholder management, and operational excellence experience in a shared services or global delivery environment. The individual will drive strategic initiatives, resource planning activities, operational improvements, and cross-functional projects while collaborating with global stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, and escalation handling.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and staffing needs.
• Analyze trends and recommend best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management and transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support organizational growth.
• Align workforce capabilities with engagement requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

• MBA (Mandatory)
• PMP Certification preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of PMO experience
• Experience working with global stakeholders and matrix organizations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills
