Resource Management Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Deployment Specialist to drive workforce allocation, resource management, and talent deployment activities across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in resource planning and deployment, along with strong coordination experience with Recruitment and Onboarding teams to ensure timely fulfillment of business staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Deployment & Resource Management

• Manage end-to-end talent deployment and resource allocation activities across projects and business units.
• Track resource availability, utilization, bench strength, and deployment schedules.
• Align available talent with business requirements based on skills, experience, and project demands.
• Support workforce planning and capacity management initiatives.
• Monitor resource demand versus supply and proactively address staffing gaps.
• Facilitate internal movements, project transitions, and workforce redeployments.

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination

• Partner closely with Recruitment teams to understand hiring pipelines and upcoming joiners.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open resource requirements.
• Work with Onboarding teams to track joining dates and deployment readiness.
• Provide regular updates on resource needs, deployment requirements, and workforce gaps.
• Ensure smooth transition of candidates from hiring to deployment stages.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and department heads to understand resource requirements.
• Act as a central point of contact for deployment-related activities and resource queries.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding resource availability and deployment timelines.
• Conduct regular discussions with business teams on utilization and workforce planning.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain deployment trackers, utilization reports, and workforce dashboards.
• Generate periodic reports on resource allocation, bench management, and staffing demand.
• Analyze deployment metrics and recommend actions to improve resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 38 years of experience in Talent Deployment, Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Staffing Coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating with Recruitment and/or Onboarding teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in resource allocation, utilization tracking, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRMS systems is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience in Consulting, Professional Services, GCC, IT Services, or Shared Services environments.
• Exposure to workforce planning, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment.
