Resource Management Lead

We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead – RMG to join our team in Pune.

• Position: Business Excellence Lead – RMG

About the Role

The role will lead RMG outcomes end-to-end, with a strong focus on workforce planning, predictive fulfilment, utilization, analytics, process excellence, and automation.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning workforce planning and predictive fulfilment models.
• Driving fulfilment rates, timelines, and utilization across the organization.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on fulfilment operations.
• Enhancing processes, tools, analytics, and reporting maturity.
• Mentoring senior team members and strengthening the overall RMG function.
• Driving scalable solutions through automation, data, and analytics.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / related functions.
• Strong ownership of function-level outcomes, metrics, and SLAs.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• Experience in IT Services, preferably in organizations with 300–2,000+ associates.
• Exposure to automation, data engineering, BI, or advanced analytics would be an advantage.
