Resource Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resource allocation and deployment across ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Team Leads to understand project staffing requirements.
• Maintain and track resource availability, utilization, and bench management data.
• Support workforce planning and demand forecasting activities.
• Monitor resource utilization and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for fulfilment of project requirements.
• Maintain an updated skill inventory of employees, including technical skills, certifications, and project experience.
• Support internal resource movements, project transitions, extensions, and release planning.
• Schedule and coordinate internal interviews for project allocations.
• Track resource requests, closures, and deployment timelines.
• Generate dashboards and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with RMG processes, policies, and governance standards.
• Support hiring initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational resource planning activities.

Required Skills

• 1- 2 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO Coordination, Staffing Operations, or Delivery Coordination within an IT company.
• Basic understanding of resource allocation, utilization management, and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with SDLC and IT project environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, Data Analysis), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
