Job Overview

• Role Title: Resource Deployment / Capacity Manager
• Department: Project Operations & Resource Management
• Location: Jaipur/ Madurai
• Reports To: Vice President of Global Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Match global project demands with technical skill sets, availability, and career paths.
• Monitor real-time resource utilization to prevent over- and under-staffing.
• Forecast future capacity constraints using resource data and project pipelines.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or staffing bottlenecks across multiple concurrent teams.
• Partner with project and delivery heads to plan upcoming project allocations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors / masters degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in resource planning, project operations, or workforce deployment within IT-enabled or engineering services.
• Strong proficiency in resource management tools and capacity dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
