Resort Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the resort.
• Drive resort occupancy, room revenue, banquet/event bookings, and other revenue-generating activities.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, websites, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, wedding planners, and other business partners.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, travel partners, and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and brand reputation across relevant platforms and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Prepare regular marketing MIS, sales reports, campaign performance reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and vendors as required.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations with influencers, tourism organizations, local communities, and corporate groups.
• Ensure consistent branding and positioning of the resort across all marketing channels.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the marketing team to achieve assigned targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend business meetings/events when required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
