Resin Line Manager

• Plan, organize and monitor day-to-day resin line production as per production plans and required output.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Manage the complete resin production process and ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor production output, productivity, yield, rejection, wastage, rework and machine/process downtime.
• Identify production bottlenecks and take timely corrective and preventive actions to improve line efficiency.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, consumables and other production resources.
• Prepare and maintain shift-wise production reports, production records and relevant manufacturing MIS.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align line capacity, production schedules and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality to resolve quality issues, reduce rejection and ensure consistent product standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution and reduction of equipment downtime.
• Ensure adequate availability of resin, chemicals, consumables and other materials required for continuous production.
• Supervise operators and production workers, allocate manpower across activities and monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure continuity of production activities between shifts.
• Drive 5S, housekeeping, safety practices and compliance with plant operating standards on the production line.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement and process efficiency.
• Investigate recurring production problems and support root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure production activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Chemical or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations, preferably in a process-oriented plant environment.
• Hands-on experience in production line supervision, shift management and manpower handling.
• Experience in resin-line or similar manufacturing/stone-processing operations will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, productivity, quality and manufacturing KPIs.
