About Client Associates

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Residential Sales to drive the residential real estate business for the Gurgaon region. The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, identifying residential investment opportunities, generating new business and driving end-to-end sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive residential real estate sales for the Gurgaon region, with ownership of business development and revenue targets
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, CXOs, entrepreneurs and affluent investors
· Understand client requirements and recommend relevant residential investment opportunities aligned with their objectives
· Build and manage a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, market connects and business development initiatives
· Leverage existing relationships and proactively develop new client relationships to generate incremental business
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations and closure
· Work closely with internal teams and real estate developers/partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions
Qualifications-
· Graduate degree or a relevant/equivalent qualification
Candidate Profile
· 8–12 years of relevant experience in residential real estate sales, or luxury real estate
· Strong track record of selling residential real estate to HNI/UHNI clients
· Deep understanding of the Gurgaon residential market and its key micro-markets
· Established network of HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, CXOs, family offices or affluent investors
· Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior and affluent clientele
