Residential Property Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and services.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects such as renovations, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of property inventory.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in facility management or property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing residential properties.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
