Myroomie - the pioneers in structured, professionally managed student accommodation seeks a dynamic Resident Manager for its campus in Bangalore.

This position is a stay-in resident manager position for a Lady, accommodation for residents, complete with all modern amenities. The position is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily activities on the property including front desk operations, booking and customer services.
• Responsible for operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
• Overseeing property maintenance and appearances. Is responsible for smooth functioning, upkeep, maintenance of the accommodation premises. Typically resides on the property and responds to emergencies immediately.
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
• Typically requires 5 to 8 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor or manager of a similar 2 to 3 Star hotel...

Qualifications

• Hotel Management Diploma or degree preferable.
• Fluent in English/Hindi/Kannada
