About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, applications and drivers.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP issues.
- Handle user account, password and access-related issues.
- Log and update incidents in the ITSM/ticketing tool.
- Resolve issues within defined SLA and escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
- Support printers, peripherals and basic IT asset activities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic VPN and network troubleshooting.
- Exposure to SCCM/Intune.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL and SLA management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
