Resident Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Road, Bridge and Urban Road Projects.
• Experience in Government/ULB/Municipal infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of MoRTH, IRC, BIS, Maharashtra PWD Specifications and Contract Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP/Primavera and digital reporting systems (SCADA/MIS/GIS preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Supervision
• Lead day-to-day site supervision.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and contract.
• Verify workmanship and construction methodology.
• Monitor contractor's manpower, machinery and resources.
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control
• Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC, BIS and PWD specifications.
• Witness material testing and field tests.
• Verify mix designs, trial stretches and calibration records.
• Review laboratory reports and approve corrective actions.
