Resident Engineer - Quality (QA/QC) Key Responsibilities

• Quality Enforcement: Implement the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, and standards across all civil, tunneling, and structural works.
• Material Lab Testing: Oversee testing of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, concrete) for compliance.
• Site Inspections: Monitor critical activities like deep excavation, rock bolting, shotcreting, and heavy concreting.
• NCR Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality lapses and track corrective actions (CAPA).
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous quality records, test registers, pour cards, and audit documentation.
• Coordination: Work with client and contractor teams to secure quality sign-offs and resolve site discrepancies.
