Resident Engineer - IT Asset Management

Job Summary

Provide onsite IT Asset Management, inventory management, end-user support, OEM warranty coordination, and lifecycle management services at the customer location.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of 5,000+ IT assets.
• Update ownership, location, warranty and lifecycle records.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare returned laptops for reassignment.
• Manage HP, Dell and OEM warranty tickets.
• Provide Level-1 desktop support.
• Perform monthly health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct physical verification and CMDB updates.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Support installations and rollout activities.

Working Schedule

Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years in Desktop Support or IT Asset Management.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field.
Skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD basics, desktop support, asset management tools, basic networking.
