Resident Engineer - (Audio / PCB)

Qualification:

• Diploma or Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.

Technical skills:

Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical circuits

Strong understanding of AC/DC power supplies and SMPS

Troubleshooting of speaker, amplifier and audio circuits

Knowledge of PCB/PCBA components and circuit identification

Ability to use multimeter, soldering station and other service tools

Soldering and de-soldering of electronic components

Basic PCB-level troubleshooting and component replacement

Knowledge of audio signal flow and amplifier sections

Troubleshooting Bluetooth, AUX, USB and other audio interfaces

Understanding of microphones, woofers, tweeters and speaker drivers

Firmware/software update and basic configuration

Identifying distortion, no sound, low volume, noise and intermittent issues

Ability to read circuit diagrams/service manuals is an advantage
