Research Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of 1015 Data Analysts involved in secondary research, internet research, data analysis, and invoice reconciliation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in maintaining data accuracy, improving processes, and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 1015 Data Analysts handling data research and analysis processes.
• Conduct secondary research using effective internet research techniques.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline invoice reconciliation and other data research processes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies using analytical tools and techniques.
• Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting key activities, findings, and performance metrics.
• Train team members on data analysis techniques, research methodologies, and invoice reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines, productivity targets, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of secondary research and internet research techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preferably at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
