Research Manager

Seeking a seasoned Research Manager (7+ years) with proven experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative market research projects for US clients. The role requires strong expertise across the research lifecycle, from research design and execution to insight generation and client consulting, combined with team leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop effective research solutions.
• Design questionnaires, discussion guides, sampling approaches, and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee fieldwork, survey programming review, recruitment, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Responsible for designing DP specs and QC of DP delivery (Data tables, dashboard, Data files like SPSS)
• Oversee the Report delivery, QC the reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Research Operations teams (Programming, Sample, Data Processing, Coding, Reporting, QC) and external vendors.
• Mentor and develop researchers and project managers while driving best practices and process improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of market research experience with US-based clients.
• Strong hands-on expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience managing the complete research lifecycle, including design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and storytelling.
• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with survey programming, sample management, data processing, and reporting functions.
