Research / List Building Executive

Role Summary

Owns stakeholder research and data verification across all 400 target accounts spanning 4 verticals feeding accurate contact data into the CRM for BD Managers to act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and verify stakeholder contacts (names, roles, LinkedIn, email) for target accounts
• Maintain and update the CRM database as accounts move through the pipeline
• Support tiering decisions by researching company scale, expansion plans, and relevant signals
• Work with the AI Specialist to leverage automated research tools where possible

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years in research, sales operations, or similar data-driven roles
• Strong LinkedIn/web research skills; detail-oriented
