Role Summary

Conduct outbound international B2B calls and online research to verify, update, and manage core business data in our software database.

Key Responsibilities

• Make international outbound B2B calls to global companies and business professionals.
• Verify and validate company information over the phone and via internet research.
• Collect and accurately update business data, websites, and contact numbers in the database.
• Maintain clean records, follow calling processes, and handle professional conversations politely.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Fresh graduates only (BMS/BBA preferred; English-medium background is an advantage).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English with strong phone etiquette.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel, web browsing, and data entry.
• Mindset: Comfortable with international B2B calling, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
