Research Executive - Healthcare

Role Description The Research Executive – Healthcare is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and executing healthcare research projects from design through delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include secondary research DB and outreach via calls to schedule respondnets appointments, coordinating data collection, and ensuring data quality and compliance with research protocols. The role involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, interpreting findings, and developing clear, actionable insights for healthcare clients. The Research Executive prepares client-ready presentations and reports, contributes to research frameworks and methodologies, and collaborates with internal teams to meet project timelines. The position also requires maintaining strong client communication, monitoring industry trends, and supporting continuous improvement in research processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills, including study design, sampling approaches, and familiarity with healthcare sector research.
• Candidates should possess robust healthcare professionals recruitment skills via calls and data interpretation capabilities, with experience using spreadsheets, statistical tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Presentations skills, including creating clear visual summaries and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Questionnaire Design, survey scripting, and optimizing question flow for high-quality responses.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insights in straightforward language.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in healthcare or life sciences, knowledge of data privacy and research ethics, and familiarity with mixed-methods research.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Public Health, Business, or a related field, along with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, is preferred.
