Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on specialty chemicals, focusing on organic chemistry and characterization using techniques such as FTIR, spectroscopy, etc.
• Develop new products by designing and synthesizing novel compounds based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes for existing products and improve their performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, stability, or manufacturability through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
