Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research activities in API synthesis, organic synthesis, and CRD (Chemical Research Department).
  
• Develop new chemical entities through innovative approaches.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  
• Participate in literature search, patent analysis, and technical writing tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO/CDMO organization.
  
• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a reputed university with strong background in Organic Chemistry.
  
• Strong understanding of chemistry principles, including organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and spectroscopy techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
