About the Role:

We are looking for a Research Analyst to support our Talent Research and Market Research activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and research skills, good communication, and be comfortable working with Excel and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct talent and market research to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Research candidate profiles using job portals, professional networking platforms, search engines, and other online sources.
• Perform resume mining and maintain accurate candidate information in the database.
• Use basic Boolean search and online research techniques to identify relevant profiles.
• Prepare research, sourcing, and competitive information reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data using MS Excel.
• Generate regular reports and present research findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Support the recruitment team in understanding requirements and identifying suitable talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data quality.
• Communicate with candidates through email, messages, and other professional channels.
• Support process improvement and other research-related projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA graduates with a strong interest in Research, Analytics, Talent Intelligence, or Recruitment are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and report generation.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and maintain accuracy.
• Willingness to learn research tools, sourcing techniques, and AI-enabled tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
