To lead, coordinate, and oversee the genotoxicity team, ensuring scientific integrity, GLP compliance, and smooth execution of in vitro assays.

Responsibilities:

• Assign responsibilities clearly (e.g., SD accountable, RA responsible).
• Mentor and train staff in assay techniques, documentation, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency measures.
• Encourage validation of new methods and adoption of best practices.
• Support career development of team members.
