Research Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute synthesis schemes to create new molecules, under the supervision of senior researchers
• Troubleshoot experiments independently and analyze data accurately
• Collaborate effectively with the Synthesis Group and cross-functional partner teams
• Present research plans and ongoing progress at bi-weekly group meetings

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry
• A strong academic track record in organic chemistry research — university research experience with substantial exposure to the synthesis of small organic molecules is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Business level)
• Highly organized, with strong goal-setting skills and the ability to manage multiple experiments/tasks simultaneously
