1- Led scale-up of API/chemical processes from laboratory and pilot scale to commercial manufacturing.
2- Executed technology transfer activities, including process evaluation, risk assessment, and troubleshooting during plant implementation.
3- Performed mass balance, solvent balance, equipment sizing, cycle time estimation, and process optimization calculations.
4- Prepared and reviewed process documents, batch records, and manufacturing instructions.
5- Collaborated with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams to ensure successful commercialization and continuous process improvement.
6- Provided technical support for engineering, validation, and commercial batches while ensuring GMP compliance.
