About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research AssociateIntern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in researching, analyzing, and documenting data to support our business objectives. Your ability to follow processes, deliver quality insights, and ensure accuracy will be essential to your success

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Adherence: Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Research Expertise: Conduct research on LinkedIn to gather information about companies, professionals, and industry trends. Perform web-based research to collect and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings. Stay informed about advancements in research methodologies and leverage modern tools to enhance efficiency and derive deeper insights.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze collected data and prepare basic reports that highlight key insights and findings.

• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of accuracy in research and reporting tasks, with a strong focus on quality.

• Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data, ensuring it is presented clearly and logically.

• Process Documentation: Document workflows and processes to streamline operations and ensure clarity for team members.

• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with SQL is a significant advantage.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the financial domain is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Since this is a completely work-from-home position, you will also require the following -

● High-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work.

● Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM, and

no other obstacles to interrupted, efficient work).

● Stable power connection and backups in case of internet/power failure.
