About this role
Research Associate (Strategic Recruiting) – Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA)
Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) – In-office
Shift: US Hours (approx. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Overview
Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team to build and scale expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.
This team will operate differently from traditional recruiting. Instead of reacting to individual client requests, the CEA team builds proactive, programmatic pipelines — mapping markets, identifying priority companies and personas, and continuously recruiting high-value experts aligned to Guidepoint's long-term strategy.
This is a high-execution, outbound role with significant time spent on phone-based outreach and engagement with senior industry professionals.
The role is fully in-office during US hours and is part of a new, high-visibility team being built from the ground up.
What You'll Do
As a Research Associate (Strategic Recruiting), you will play a key role in expanding Guidepoint's expert network in targeted industries and functions.
Guidepoint powers end-to-end research workflows for the world's best research teams.
Backed by a global network of more than 2 million experts and over 1,600 employees, Guidepoint delivers real-time access to expertise, primary research, and actionable knowledge that help organizations make informed decisions. Through consultations, surveys, events, proprietary content, and AI-enabled tools, we support every stage of the decision-making process—from developing hypotheses and gathering insights to validating assumptions and building conviction for critical decisions.
At Guidepoint, our success relies on the diversity of our employees, experts, and clients, which enables us to foster meaningful connections and a broad range of perspectives. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences can contribute and succeed.
