Research Associate and Consultant - Pharmaceuticals, HC/LS

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct market mapping to identify key players in the pharma industry and their respective roles.
• Develop executive hiring strategies for senior-level positions, including CXO hiring.
• Lead headhunting efforts to attract top talent from competitors or other industries.
• Provide recruitment consulting services to clients on mid-level hiring needs.

Job Requirements :

• 1-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, healthcare and lifesciences, staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful executive hiring (CXO) and headhunting experiences.
• Strong understanding of industry mapping and market trends in the pharma sector.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
