Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst (AI Training), you will help improve the reasoning, research, and analytical capabilities of next-generation AI systems. You will leverage your research expertise to evaluate, create, review, and refine high-quality research tasks and datasets that enable AI models to better understand complex topics, synthesize information, analyze evidence, and generate accurate, well-supported responses. Your responsibilities may include reviewing AI-generated research summaries, evaluating factual accuracy, analyzing sources, comparing multiple AI-generated outputs, creating research-based prompts, identifying reasoning gaps, and ensuring content is accurate, objective, and supported by reliable evidence. You'll collaborate with AI researchers and data teams to help train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) across a wide range of domains. Responsibilities Evaluate and review AI-generated research reports, summaries, and analytical responses for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Analyze, annotate, and label research datasets, documents, and knowledge-based content. Create, rewrite, and improve research prompts, analytical questions, and evaluation tasks. Compare multiple AI-generated responses and rank them based on factual accuracy, logical reasoning, relevance, and evidence quality. Verify information using reliable sources and identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported claims, inconsistencies, and reasoning errors. Conduct research across various domains and prepare high-quality reference answers for AI training. Assess AI-generated content for objectivity, structure, coherence, and source reliability. Perform quality assurance on research datasets, annotations, and AI-generated outputs. Follow detailed annotation and evaluation guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models' ability to perform research, critical analysis, and evidence-based reasoning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Journalism, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information objectively and synthesize findings from multiple sources. Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy. Basic computer and internet proficiency. Ability to follow detailed annotation and evaluation guidelines. Prior experience in research, analysis, consulting, content evaluation, AI training, or knowledge management is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting qualitative or quantitative research. Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and report writing. Experience evaluating technical or non-technical content for quality and accuracy. Knowledge of spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic statistical analysis. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools. Experience in fact-checking, market research, business research, policy research, or academic research is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
