Research Analyst - Fixed Term Employment

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting market research, analyzing financial data, evaluating securities, and preparing fundamental & technical research reports to support investment decisions and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on equity markets, listed companies, industries, and economy trends.
• Analyze financial statements, company performance, and market data.
• Prepare research reports, investment analysis, and market updates.
• Monitor stock market movements, corporate announcements, and regulatory developments.
• Develop financial models, valuation reports, and investment recommendations.
• Ensure research accuracy and compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and internal policies.

Key Competencies:

• Proficiency in a variety of technical analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Falcon, Spider, Trading View, Bloomberg Terminal), etc
• Have rich knowledge in option pricing, option Greeks, and hedging strategies with understanding of trade economics, payoff profiles, and pricing factors
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to a diverse audience
• Strong knowledge of stock markets and financial analysis.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis.
• Good Excel and financial modeling skills.
