Research Advisor

Role: Research Advisor (Remote)

Location: Remote India

Shift Time: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST

What Youll Do:

• Act as a platform expert and advise clients on research design and methodology.
• Manage end-to-end research projects, including survey design, recruitment, fielding, analysis, and reporting.
• Design surveys and write effective questionnaires aligned with research objectives.
• Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative research.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, training materials, and documentation.
• Apply survey logic, basic programming, and data structuring
• Manage participant panels, audience targeting, and recruitment.
• Share customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Market Research Customer Research
• Strong experience in Qualitative & Quantitative Research
• Hands-on experience in Survey Design & Questionnaire Writing
• End-to-end Research Project Management
• Experience with Research Panels & Audience Targeting
• Experience with platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher, or similar.
• Strong Client-Facing & Stakeholder Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good to Have: UX/user research experience, exposure to US/EMEA markets, and strong analytical skills.
