Resale Property Closing Executive

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals who can independently manage and close residential resale property transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with both property sellers and buyers to ensure successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end residential resale property transactions from lead assignment to deal closure.

* Engage with property sellers and buyers to understand their requirements and facilitate successful transactions.

* Conduct negotiations and close deals independently while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete documentation and transaction formalities.

* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

* Achieve monthly sales, closure, and revenue targets.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and professional support.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate resale/property sales, with proven experience in independently closing deals.

OR

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and closing high-value transactions.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

* Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

* Prior experience in residential real estate sales or property resale.

* Strong understanding of the resale property market, documentation, and transaction lifecycle.

* Excellent objection handling and closing skills.
