Job Description

Technical Skills

• Operating blister packing machines efficiently.
• Machine setup, changeover, and adjustments for different products.
• Basic troubleshooting of machine breakdowns.
• Understanding of packing materials (PVC, Alu-Alu, Foil, etc.).
• Online inspection and defect identification.
• Knowledge of coding, batch printing, and serialization systems.
• Ability to perform line clearance activities.
• Documentation as per GMP requirements.
• Equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.

GMP & Compliance Knowledge

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Data integrity awareness.
• Compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Understanding of quality standards and packing specifications.

• Identifying packing defects such as leakage, missing tablets, improper sealing, and coding errors.
