About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. Manage sales and operations across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms.
2. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Ensure proper product listing, catalogue management, pricing and product information across all platforms.
4. Maintain optimum product availability and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.
5. Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers for business growth, promotions and visibility opportunities.
6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, offers and seasonal activities.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG or Dairy industry.
3. Experience in handling platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart or BigBasket will be preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
5. Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
6.Analytical mindset with the ability to understand sales and inventory data.
