About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage overall Quality Control & Food Safety activities at the dairy plant.
2. Ensure quality testing of Milk, Dahi, Paneer, Ghee, Flavoured Milk and other dairy products.
3. Monitor raw milk, raw materials, in-process and finished product quality.
4. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & GHP standards.
5. Manage QC laboratory, testing, calibration and quality records.
6. Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
7. Lead the QC team and coordinate with Production and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. B.Tech / M.Tech/M. Sc in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Food Science /Microbiology / Chemistry or equivalent.
2. Relevant certifications in Food Safety / HACCP / ISO / FSSC will be an added advantage.
3. Candidates with experience of 5-8 Years in large-scale dairy plants/FMCG food manufacturing units and exposure to products such as milk, curd/dahi, paneer, ghee, flavoured milk, lassi and traditional dairy sweets will be preferred.
