Required Manager - Indirect Tax For one of our entity, Wadala

Role & responsibilities

• Handling of GST Compliances across all Indian entities Direct handling of TIL, Guidance/support to other Indian entities.
• Compilation of data requires various GST returns i.e., GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 6, GSTR 9, GSTR 9C, ITC-04, etc.
• Handling the Statutory & Internal audits by providing documents, information and statements.
• Handling day-to-day correspondence with Central and State GST Authorities in respect of their queries, Notices, Orders etc.
• Handling GST Audits across India by compiling data requested by the Auditors and co-ordination with Auditors in respect of the same.
• Hands on with GST, GST Invoice, Online registration, Filing of GST Returns, Reconciliation, GST Deposit, Preparation of E-Way Bill, etc.
• Verify tax related liabilities with Divisions.
• Represent company in assessment proceedings and Appeals.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams and good communication skills (written and oral)

Appropriate liasioning skills to interact with State & Central Government Authorities

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent knowledge of GST Acts & related Laws
• Experience of representation before Authorities
• Team leadership and lateral collaboration with Division colleagues
• Confidence to work with people at all levels and from different fields
