Required Manager- Accounting & Advisory

We are hiring for Manager-Accounting & Advisory role.

1. Manage and review end-to-end accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and other closing activities.
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure.
3. Review trial balances, balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and financial statements.
4. Ensure accounting is maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
5. Review monthly MIS, management reports, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
6. Client and stakeholder management - Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of agreed scope and deliverables.
7. Review and management of accounting teams
8. Audit and statutory compliance coordination
9. Accounting/process advisory and process improvement
10. SOPs and internal controls
11. Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
12. Advanced Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
