Job Summary

Exemed Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced ESG Specialist to drive ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, compliance, and ESG ratings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG & sustainability initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct ESG risk assessment, materiality assessment and gap analysis.
• Prepare ESG disclosures and sustainability reports as per BRSR, GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB and TCFD.
• Manage and improve ESG ratings such as EcoVadis, CDP and CSA.
• Coordinate with EHS, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations for ESG data and initiatives.
• Monitor ESG performance, identify improvement areas and drive action plans.
• Ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations and customer/investor requirements.
• Support ESG audits, assessments and stakeholder communications.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant ESG/Sustainability experience, preferably in Pharma/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards.
• Hands-on experience with EcoVadis, CDP and CSA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
