About this role
- Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies to drive measurable customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau) to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time.
- Lead the creation and management of high-impact digital creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture a loyal, active brand community through social media engagement, influencer collaborations, user-generated content campaigns, and community platform management.
- Partner with product and brand teams to align performance initiatives with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market expansion efforts.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, deliver actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, data literacy, and continuous improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification in digital marketing is a plus.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or community management within FMCG, Foods, or Beverage industries.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel performance campaigns with demonstrable ROI and scalable growth outcomes.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
- Experience leading community engagement programs, influencer partnerships, and UGC campaigns in consumer-facing brands.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
