The role involves driving advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels, building strong partnerships with media agencies and direct clients, and developing effective advertising solutions. We are looking for a proactive professional who can contribute to commercial growth through strategic sales planning, innovative campaigns, and best-in-class client service.

Job Description:

An experienced media advertising sales professional with 18+ years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to linear television. Proven ability to build client relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through:

- Identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors to drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels.

- Growing business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customised media solutions.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.

- Collaborating with agency planners, buyers, and brand managers to create effective and innovative advertising campaigns.

- Creating account-level sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Providing market intelligence, assessing competitors, and identifying new business growth opportunities.

- Coordinating with Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Monitoring campaign performance, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

- National Head with Upcountry market experience would be preferred.
