Report / Power BI Developer (SQL)

About the Company : We are seeking an experienced Report / Power BI Developer with strong SQL expertise to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Perform data modeling and DAX calculations in Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests
• Document report logic, data sources, and metrics

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in BI / Reporting / Analytics development
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, Performance Tuning)
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Good understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Required Skills :

• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL / AWS RDS
• Exposure to SSRS, SSIS, or other BI tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments -
