Replenishment Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure optimum SKU-wise stock availability across retail stores.
• Plan daily/weekly store replenishment based on sales and stock levels.
• Monitor OOS, low stock, overstock and slow-moving inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and store replenishment.
• Manage inter-store stock transfers wherever required.
• Track ROS, stock cover, sell-through and fill rate.
• Ensure availability of fast-moving and core SKUs.
• Prepare and maintain Replenishment & Inventory MIS.
