Rental Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to provide technical expertise on chiller systems, VRF units, ducting, AHUs, etc.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and develop customized proposals for data center cooling solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 6-18 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF units, ducting, AHUs.
• Proven track record in rental sales or servicing contracts for industrial equipment/machinery.
